Click on the Creator Studio button on channel homepage. Then it will show creator studio to customize your channel.

In Creator studio, Click on the Dashboard in left sidebar menu and open the Advanced settings page. Now scroll down in youtube advanced settings page and you will get Subscriber counts settings in this page.

Now tap on Do not display the number of people subscribed to my channel. Finally click on the save button and check your channel in Google chrome incognito mode. You are now successfully hide your subscribers count In youtube.

When someone opens your channel and view, It will show only subscribe button without showing the number of active subscribers. Also it will hide the subscribers count in below of your every video and shows only subscribe button.
