Login to your hosting cpanel and open file manager. Every hosting has file manager option on cpanel to manage files on the hosting. Here open your file manager folder from cpanel home.

Navigate to public_html/wp-content/themes folder in file manager. Here you will get all installed themes in your wordpress site. Then click on the Upload button on top of the page and it will open new page.

Now here choose the theme file you want download. If you want to Install wordpress theme from wordpress theme directory, Then search for the theme in official wordpress site to download directly. Then it will start upload on wordpress theme folder.
