Finally you will get order cancellation page with item name and cancellation reason. You have to choose the reason for cancel your order in amazon. In this drop down menu you will get 10 reasons to choose.

Choose your reason as Order Created By Mistake. If you are cancel order for some other particular reasons. Then you have to write about the reason for cancellation.

Once you choose the order cancellation reason and click on cancel checked items, in next page it shows the notification about successful order cancellation. That means you are cancelled your order successfully and you will not receive the item from amazon then.
